1. Information you choose to share

When you make an enquiry or book a project, I may receive information such as your name, email address, social media handles, business or channel details and the information included in your creative brief.

I may also receive footage, photographs, audio, brand assets, revision notes and other materials needed to complete your edit. Payment providers may collect billing details directly. I do not store full card information.

2. Information created when you visit the website

The website and its hosting services may record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type, the pages you visit and how you reached the site. This information helps the website function properly and helps me understand how it is being used.

3. How I use your information

I use the information you provide to:

• reply to enquiries and prepare quotes;
• manage bookings, payments and project communication;
• edit and deliver the content you commissioned;
• respond to feedback and revision requests;
• maintain accurate business, payment and project records;
• improve the service and protect Vella Studios where reasonably necessary.

4. When information is shared

I do not sell or rent your personal information. Limited information may be handled by trusted services used to run the business, such as Google Drive or WeTransfer for file delivery, PayPal for international payments, email providers and website hosting services.

Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms. I only share what is reasonably needed for that service to perform its role.

5. Your footage, content and ownership

You keep ownership of the original content you send and the completed deliverables created for you, subject to any third-party licences that apply. Your materials are used only to complete the agreed project and are not sold, repurposed or distributed for unrelated use.

I will only feature completed work in the Vella Studios portfolio or marketing when I have permission to do so.

6. Protecting your information

I take reasonable steps to keep personal information and project materials secure, including limiting access to files and using trusted platforms for transfers and payments. No online system can promise absolute security, but I handle your information with care and respond appropriately if a security concern arises.

7. How long information and files are kept

Personal and project information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to deliver the service, maintain business records, resolve questions and meet legal, tax or payment obligations.

Working files and raw footage may be deleted after the project has been completed. You are responsible for downloading and safely storing your final delivered files.

The website may use essential cookies or similar technology to support normal website operation, security and performance. Your browser allows you to limit or block cookies, although doing so may affect how some parts of the website work.

9. Your choices and privacy rights
