These terms explain how bookings, payments, feedback and project delivery work at Vella Studios.
Bookings and payment
Your booking is confirmed once the agreed payment has been received. Payment is required before editing begins and becomes non-refundable once work on the edit has started.
Footage and project assets
Please provide all footage, brand assets, music preferences and instructions in an organised and clearly labelled format. Missing, late or incorrectly named files may affect the delivery date.
Turnaround times
Turnaround begins after all required footage, assets and project information have been received. Any delivery time stated in your package is an estimate based on the agreed scope and timely client feedback.
Revisions
Your package includes the number of revision rounds listed at the time of booking. Please combine your feedback into one clear set of notes for each round. Extra revisions or changes outside the agreed direction may require an additional fee.
Changes to the project
Requests that increase the length, raw footage, complexity or deliverables of a project may require a revised quote and timeline before the additional work begins.
Final files
Final exports are delivered after the agreed work and revisions are complete. Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their final files after delivery.
Copyright and usage
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use all footage, music, images and other materials they provide. Final approved work may only be shared in the Vella Studios portfolio when permission has been given.
