What is your turnaround time?
Your first edit is delivered within five business days after we receive all footage and project assets.
How many revisions are included?
Trial edits include two revision rounds. Monthly plans include three revision rounds per video. Additional revisions may require an extra fee, except when the correction is needed because of an error from our team.
How do I send my footage?
Footage and project assets can be sent through Google Drive or WeTransfer. Please organize and clearly label your files before sending them, as missing, unordered or incorrectly named files may delay your turnaround time.
How does payment work?
International clients can pay securely through PayPal. Nigerian clients can pay by local bank transfer. Payment is required before editing begins, and payments become non-refundable once work on the edit has started.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes. Vella Studios is UK based and works with creators, podcasters and brands worldwide.
Are my files kept private?
Yes. Your footage is treated as confidential and used only for the agreed project and portfolio permissions.
